Last Month, it was a privilege for us to design, develop and deliver the Leadership, Crisis and Change Management curriculum for INTERPOL’s first-ever senior leadership programme for Women Leaders in Doha. With a group of inspirational women leaders from policing agencies across the Middle East and North Africa; we tackled the issues of leading in the complex and ever-changing area of Transnational Law Enforcement.

Culminating in a half-day exercise where the participants applied the previous days’ lessons in an exercise based around INTERPOL tools and services was a valuable experience for all involved (not least the instructors!), and I look forward to the next course!
